Do you need a new electrical control panel?
We can design, manufacture and deliver a panel that is guaranteed to meet your requirements.
We come at this from a different perspective, we have a long history in building and maintaining electrical control systems. Ones in industrial environments mainly Food Production Factories where they get used heavilly often in harsh environments.
This background maintaining and fault finding electrical control systems gives us a unique perspective and approach to building panels and control systems.
Our experience leads us to often build more robust, user friendly and easier to operate panels and systems than someone who’s spent their career sat behind a computer. We have taken on every part of that process so know what works and what doesn’t
Why Choose Us for Electrical Panel Building?
End-to-End Expertise – From design and schematics to manufacturing, installation, and commissioning.
Industry-Proven Reliability – Panels designed to withstand heavy use and harsh conditions.
Operator-Focused Design – We understand how equipment is used day-to-day and build panels with usability in mind.
Maintenance Knowledge – Our long history of troubleshooting gives us insight into common failure points, allowing us to build panels that avoid them.
Our Electrical Panel Building Process
1. Understanding Your Requirements
Every project starts with a clear definition of what the panel is meant to achieve. Whether it’s controlling pumps, conveyors, or a full Building Management System (BMS), we work closely with you to capture every detail. When needed, we prepare a User Requirements Specification (URS), which translates operator needs and business goals into a clear set of expectations. This step ensures alignment between all stakeholders and lays the foundation for a successful project.
2. Functional Design Specification (FDS)
From the URS, we develop a Functional Design Specification (FDS) that explains exactly how the panel and process will operate.
Unlike the URS, which reflects user needs, the FDS is more technical and engineering-focused.
It defines control logic, safety features, and operational sequences in detail.
By creating this document before manufacturing, we make sure there is no ambiguity and the finished panel performs exactly as intended.
3. Design & Manufacturing
Once the FDS is approved, we move into design and build.
Our team produces electrical schematics, panel layouts, and selects the most reliable components for the job.
With our background in maintenance and fault finding, we know which designs last and which don’t—so we focus on building panels that are durable, safe, and user-friendly.
All panels are manufactured in-house under strict quality standards to ensure a long service life.
4. Testing, Installation & Commissioning
Before any panel leaves our facility, it undergoes rigorous testing to verify safety, reliability, and functionality. Once complete, we manage installation and commissioning on-site, making sure the panel integrates seamlessly into your existing process. We don’t stop there—we also provide training and support for your operators, ensuring the system is easy to use and maintain from day one.
A Background Built on Experience
Our history with electrical panel building goes back decades. Starting as an apprentice, our founder worked in environments where budgets were tight, meaning everything—from fabrication and welding to PLC programming and commissioning—was done in-house. While challenging at the time, this provided invaluable experience across every part of the process.
One example project was during the foot and mouth outbreak, where we designed and built an automatic wheel-spraying system to disinfect lorries entering site. The system combined mechanical fabrication, electrical design, and PLC programming—a project that proved how versatile and effective well-designed control panels can be.
This hands-on foundation continues to shape how we approach every project today: practical, cost-effective, and built to last.
