One of the recent projects we’ve successfully completed was the installation and commissioning of a new production line designed to fill sauce into pouches using a Vertical Form Fill Seal (VFFS) packing machine by Rovema.
The line had remained uncommissioned for 12 months for various reasons. By the time we got involved, a significant amount of work still needed to be done. Many of the original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) had already been paid and, understandably, showed limited interest in re-engaging with the project.
Rather than incurring high costs to bring OEMs back in, the client turned to us — and this is where Engineering Support 24/7 was able to deliver real value.
